Returns and Exchanges

Our returns policy

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at [your email] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

What we cannot accept returns on

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless faulty)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Please note that banking processing times may vary.

Consumer Protection Act

Our returns policy is in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If a product is found to be defective or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the CPA.
