I'm new to Korean skincare. Where do I start?
Welcome! We’d suggest starting simple: a cleanser, a moisturiser, and SPF. Once your skin is happy with the basics, you can layer in a serum or treatment. If you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll help you build a routine suited to your skin type.
Do your products expire?
All products are sold well within their expiry dates. Each item will have a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging, which tells you how long the product is good for once opened.
Are your products suitable for darker skin tones?
Yes! Many of our products — particularly our SPFs and brightening serums — are specifically chosen with South African skin tones in mind. We look for formulas with no white cast and ingredients that work effectively across diverse complexions.
Can I buy products if I have sensitive skin?
Many of our products are gentle and fragrance-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin. Product descriptions note where items are particularly well-suited for sensitivity. When in doubt, patch test first — always.
